This fall, the 7th edition of the Fair Fashion Festival Utrecht will take place on october 5! The fair will be up from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m at Janskerkhof. Brands such as Devï Clothes, Julia Otilia Organic Jewelery, Eljada Fair Fashion, Lotika, Zen by Sen, Studio Jux, Sophie Stone and J54 will be present on the fair. A day that is all about sustainable fashion and accessible for free.

These are the names of the brands that will be present on our market:

  • Devï Clothes
    Devï is a freshly established and colorful ethical clothing brand focusing on women empowerment, rural community development and sustainability. By selling the DEVÏ items we financially support IPHD (Institute for Philanthropy and Humanitarian Development) to create sustainable change in the small village of Bhikamkor.
  • Julia Otilia Organic Jewelry
    Jewelry designer Julia Otilia believes that by doing what is given by heart, you can truly behold the subtle gifts of life. A lover of details, Julia creates fine and feminine collections, dedicated to woman choosing a life of love, awareness and a pure heart. Every piece in her collection is handmade with love and care in a small atelier in Bali. By wearing Julia Otilia jewelry you support the talented local artisans and their families with housing and education, through a fair cooperation. The natural lines in design, pure sources of raw materials and a fair production: all together it completes the vision of creating conscious jewelry in alignment with nature.
  • Eljada Fair Fashion
    We are a company with honest clothing. Our shirts, sweaters and tops are made according to the requirements of the Fair Wear Foundation and we print the clothing ourselves in the Netherlands. This means that the work process is very transparent and fairly distributed.
  • Lotika
    Lotika offers trendy products that are produced responsibly. Every season they offer cheerful and colorful socks, underwear and t-shirts. Lotika products are made with respect for people, the environment and animals.
  • Zen by Sen
    We are Sandra (yoga teacher) & Judith (fashion designer), two sisters-in-law and together we founded Zen by Sen in 2014, in search for the perfect sustainable yoga legacy. From fishing net to high fashion: Dutch, sustainable, recycled, fair, fashionable, made with recycled fishing nets. That is Zen by Sen yoga wear. Designed to stand out.
  • Studio JUX
    Studio JUX started in 2008 because we believe fashion should be fun and enjoyable for everyone; for the designers, the people working in factories and everyone wearing and using the products. Our name embodies this. ‘JUX’ literally means ‘fun’ or ‘having a laugh’ in German. By working together towards creating a positive impact in the sustainable fashion world, we want to serve as an inspiration to others to do the same and, ultimately, leave a better world behind.
  • Sophie Stone
    Fashion items ensure that you feel good at a fun or important moment. But it is often difficult to find beautiful fair fashion – fashion made under good working conditions and made of sustainable materials. Sophie Stone offers Sophisticated Fair Fashion: fashion and accessories from fifteen emerging sustainable brands with an urban, feminine and stylish look. Here you will find unique fashion items from Fair Fashion brands from, among others, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm, Istanbul and Cape Town. All clothing items and accessories are produced under good working conditions and with the lowest possible environmental impact.

    A man who sticks out his neck for a different, harvesting character. That is why J54 believes in showing decisiveness. We offer honest men’s clothing for a fair price. We care about our fellow human beings as we care about our clothing.

Indigo ravens, the new Utrecht label from industrial designer Petra van de Laar, brings with her first collection special, timeless and above all unique items of clothing. All clothing items are also produced in a fair way using second-hand fabrics.
